Motor mounts

I'm new the the bigger 4-strokes and was wondering if the XR250r motor mounts are the same as a CRF250r. I'm looking to build and want the use a XR250r motor, but if I find a deal on a blown CRF250, I can use that to mock up the mounts.

Any one know?

are you talking the crf race bike? i wouldnt be able to help you there i do know a crf230/150 share the same mounts as the old xr200 engines

Cool, thanks for the info zbbt. I just didn't want to waste money on a blown CRF motor if it didn't match up.

200cc is fine. I want to stay air cooled, vs a water cooled CRF motor.
