Posts: 4 | Hey, just joined/found this place. For the record, I own an 08 TTR-110, but my 9 year old is the rider. Just FYI.......I also have 3 quads (04 Quadsport Z250, 07 TRX250EX Sporttrax, and an 02 Sportrax250ex), 3 dirtbikes including my son's TTR (88 XR250R, and an 05 CRF50), an 02 Honda GL1800 Goldwing, and a 94 Honda GL1500SE Trike. Needless to say, motorcycles, etc are a huge part of me and my families lives. Hopefully, I can get some insight, advice, help with the smaller bikes by being a member here. I guess I'll see what happens. To explain the username..........The TTR-110 has been a major disappointment. After 1 season of riding, the chain is shot, the brakes(front and rear) are gone, and the left fork seal is blown. This bike is ridden by a skilled 9 year old. He races motocross on his CRF50, and learned to ride on the 50, and it is still running and functioning fine, the only mods to it were Millville Red tires, and a klx110 rear shock. The 110 was used for trail riding, and it is literally falling apart...... |
